Note: We will make minor repairs such as doors sticking, cabinet drawer adjustments, leaking faucets, tile caulking and the like only if brought to our attention in writing on or before sixty days following the close of escrow or the date you take possession whichever first occurs.

Note: Christopher Homes, Inc. employees and subcontractors will not perform service request if minor children are present without adult supervision.
