| We are pleased to announce that the Heritage Priority List will begin formation on Wednesday, June 15th, 2005 at 9 am. The Priority List will be used to determine the order in which non-contintgent buyers will have an opportunity to purchase a home.
To be included on the Priority List, the following procedures will need to be met.

The pre-qualification form, which is accessed from the Christopher Homes website at www.christopher-homes.com (click on Heritage), must be completed in its entirety and e-mailed back to the Seller's designated lender, Countrywide Home Loans. This form will be available as of Wednesday, June 15, 2005, 9 am, but not before that date and time.

Following your prequalification application submission, additional information may be requested from the Seller's designated lender. In order to remain on the priority list you will be required to comply with any requests from this lender in a reasonable amount of time. These items may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

a. |
Proof of funds adequate to close the purchase escrow in the most recent form including two (2) months consecutive bank statements (all pages) for a checking and savings account and one or more of the following:
|

|
b. |
Stocks and bonds brokerage statements
|
|
|
c. |
Certificates of Deposit
|
|
3. |
All cash purchasers must submit proof of funds in the same manner as outlined in paragraph number 2 above.
|

Priority will be established on a first come first serve basis using the time and date in which the pre-qualification forms are e-mailed to the designated lender. You will receive a date and time receipt, via return e-mail, for this application following your submission. Time will be of the essence to secure the best priority position. The priority numbers assigned by Christopher Homes, Inc., in its sole discretion, will set the sequence for the selection of homes at Heritage at Sycamore Creek.

Only one pre-qualification application will be accepted from each prospective homebuyer.

| The non-contingent pre-qualified registrants from the Heritage Priority List will be invited, by e-mail, to attend the Phase 1-A sales release scheduled for Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. in the parking area of the model home complex. E-mailed invitation letters should be received on or about June 22, and will outline the sales procedures, prices and homes offered. At the June 25th release, names will be called in chronological order from the Priority List.
As names are removed from the Priority List either by way of purchase or home shopper choice, remaining names will be moved-up on the list accordingly. You will be notified prior to future sales releases when you become eligible to participate. Please note that the buyers invited to participate in sales releases must be present for roll call to maintain their priority position from one phase to another. There will be no transfer of priority positions.
If you are not among the first homebuyers on the Priority List at the time of the Phase 1 release, you may still have the opportunity to purchase a Heritage home in future phases. It has long been our experience that people far down on a priority list have purchased a home. Circumstances surrounding a home buying decision vary considerably from family to family and not everyone considering a purchase actually does so.
